Ms. Cooper’s experience ranges from defending clients in complex commercial and business litigation to handling all aspects of major global distribution contracts and transactions. She has partnered with start ups as well as established businesses to aid them from entity formation to sale. A serial entrepreneur, and past CEO and corporate counsel for several companies, Ms. Cooper takes a personal interest in providing her clients with the means to pursue their business without legal entanglement.

Ms. Cooper graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with Honors, and Tulane Law School, where she was a Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law journal, and a judicial extern for Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals judge Steven R. Plotkin. She is a member of both the Louisiana and Georgia State Bars.

Beyond working in the legal profession, Ms. Cooper is a published freelance writer, including writing a legal column for Business to Business magazine entitled “Legislation and Legalese.” She has been a strong supporter of community fundraising for decades, participating in dozens of charitable efforts including chairing the Atlanta Opera Ball. Ms. Cooper is an avid dressage rider and German Shepherd aficionado.
